Did this error happen when you were actually reporting a post - i.e., did you see the 'Invalid Database Query' message? Or get a report from another user?
I am guessing that someone ran an old url that had no POST variables. Yes - it would be best if we checked for those being empty and I can address that but it would be useful to know the circumstances of the error happening.
