cant tell much from an image... and not something we have seen before... need to use browse dev tools and inspect the css to see what might be causing it...

Another user is having the problem. She says:
"Same as Aeterna, exactly: Windows 7 64-bit, Google Chrome.
Weird thing is if you hit "cancel" and then "add reply" again, the window pops up just fine!"
Does that tell you anything? I am sorry but the technical language is over my head. I have to get someone to translate.

not really... no caching, right? really need to inspect the css and see if that is doing the overlap...
