Hi I keep getting the following error 

file: /simple-press/sp-api/sp-api-timezone.php

line: 29

function: date_default_timezone_set

Notice | date_default_timezone_set(): Timezone ID 'UTC 0' is invalid

 

what can I do to fix this?

It is fixed in 5.1 due out in about a week. Apologies for that but UTC followed by any or - value is not actually allowed using the php timezone functions and we had overlooked that WP had included them in the select list even though they should not have done so.
