When doing some QA, we noticed even if we add just one smiley, we are getting this message:

Error Message: Unable to Save, Maximum Number of Allowed Links Exceeded 1 Allowed

1) Shouldn't a user be able to add smiles regardless of link limit?

2) If they should not be able to add smilies if link limit is a condition, how can we suppress smilies from showing?

3) Where do we edit link limit?

Sorry - this is a small bug. It is fixed in the upcoming 5.3 update that will be along at the same time as WP release their 3.6 version.
