Silly of me - I should have also asked if both of those two tables are empty. I suspect and hope they are as I can then supply you with a simple script to import that will rebuild them....
To do that I will also need to know exactly which SP plugins you have currently active.

We are not using an SP plugins.
And, yes there is content in both of those tables.

are you able to give us access to your db to see what is actually in the referenced tables? if so, pm the info to us please... if not, could you please post a screenshot of what is in your sfauths and sfroles tables?
