I am unable to get Simple:Press working. Everytime I activate any plugin, either simple:press crashes, or my entire site goes down.
Here is the narrowed down error log my hosting company went through: https://static.livechatinc.com.....errors.txt
And I have attached the entire log.
Please help me determine what the issue is so I could begin using simple:press.

Many of these errors seem to be reporting that the 'plupload' folder and files can not be found. The default location for these would be:
.../wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/plupload/
so can you check on your server to see if this folder exists and if so - are there actually files and other folders inside of it?
If - by chance - you find it is named something like /plupload1/ then please remove the number from the end and try running SP again...

Not as such but as you are a member we can sometimes take a closer look. Are you unable to look at your servers files? Any ftp client will do it or your hosting control panel almost certainly come with a file manager tool...
