Exporting one forum into another

Hi. I have a question regarding exporting information between two forums. I would like to create a new forum (with no sub forums), and then move content from exsisting forum in here. But can I move an entire forum including sub forums into another forum? Anything I can do in the database? Understandable? Best regards, Mariann

It wounds like you should be able to do what you want with the 'Merge Forums' tool under the Forums section of the SP Admin. Do read the popup help. Come back if you don't think that will do what you need.
