Support Forum
I am using the recent forum posts widget to show the most recent posts but each post has exactly the same CSS class: spListItemTag which means I have no way of alternating the background color of each recent forum post for better readability. if you would please modify it so that each row has an additional class, i.e. odd/even so I can style it?

we should be able to add a topic or post id into the mix there... will open a ticket...

Thanks for picking this up, but I am not sure if that will help.
having alternating css classes, like odd/even (which a lot of wordpress themes use) is great for styling the background alternating.
i.e. if I am showing the 10 latest posts, having 10 html elements each with a different css class equaling the post-id won't help 🙁
no, its a good suggestion... and typically what we do... this one just fell through the cracks...

Thanks 🙂
This is why I love Simple:Press and have been using it since 2007 more or less: friendly and great support.
P.S. Sorry for swamping your support forum but you know I only do that when you guys push out a major upgrade and I need help 🙂 I bet in a few days I'll be silent and satisfied again when all this is solved 🙂
