Ah sorry. If you prefer to use UTC settings then we can't really help you. As the FAQ said they are not properly supported in the same way that proper location based zones are. UTC values only appear in the drop down listing because they are added by WordPress for backward compatibility to the days prior to proper php timezone support.

PHP itself does not do a great job on UTC settings either and nor do they properly support daylight saving changes.

Also - if you do set things up to use actual locations as we recommend, do remember that those changes only start to take effect with new posts. Nothing we can do about that either I am afraid.

Got the time zones correct now 🙂 Didn't knew I can enter a place in the wordpress settings instead of the UTC's which were visible. Now the time zones works. Thanks

Excellent news. I do wish that WordPress would now remove the UTC entries - well past time...
