No, not that I know off, but how can I tell? I have no plugins installed that have that primary fuction.
For now I enable one option, and if I don't use it I just disable the plugin.

well, if you had any caching or optimizing plugins, you would know it! 
you could post a list here and we can see if any jump out...
can you try temp switching to the default wp theme and seeing if still there?

Only on SP pages that show a post content, so not on wp pages, or sp pages that show only topic or forum lists.

can you try a small code change for me?
in the syntax cache plugin folder, find the sp-syntax-pluign.php file and edit it... around line 161 you will find:
wp_enqueue_script('sp-syntax', 'jquery');
wp_enqueue_script('sp-syntax-cache', 'sp-syntax');
can you try changing them to:
wp_enqueue_script('sp-syntax');
wp_enqueue_script('sp-syntax-cache');
and see if that clears it up...
