Is there a way for BuddyPress users to add their own signatures? or a way to get that function as a button so that when clicked turns into a popup to be able to put their signatures? Thanx!

Please explain. Add their own signatures to what? All users can add signatures to their forum profile (as long as the permission is turned on to allow them to do so)

To have their signature like you have Yellow Swordfish in blue. Because when you go to edit profile it goes to the Buddypress profile no the forum profile. how would you able to add a button like edit your profile but instead say edit your signature that opens up the page to edit your signature?

I don't think you could. You would need to use the forum profile panels.

I got around this issue by pointing the "edit avatar" link in the buddypress to the simple press profile edit URL. In Simple Press admin controls you can strip down what the simple press edit profile shows to just Avatar and Signature. I then changed the wording on the link to "edit avatar/signature".

Note, if you do this you have to reset it up every time Buddypress updates, but it's only like 2 lines of code that need edited.
