Gorky5, nice website you have.
Off topic but i thought this might interest you. I switched from JP Comments to Disqus comments for WordPress. A much better comment system that's used on many large sites. They have a related comments option that displays other posts / comments on your blog.
A good disqus comments example is here.

Every time they come up with a JP update i check what they added to it and turn whatever is not needed off.
I only use what i need. The related posts is good for my sites articles. And the short links are useful too. Being able to hide certain sidebar items in blog posts has it's seo benefits. The stats viewable in my Android devices come in handy too.

Hey Ed, glad you were able to get it working!
(Off-topic: I've used Disqus and Livefyre in the past, but prefer to premoderate my comments. I don't get too many so it's manageable. Thanks for the recommendation though, and I'm glad you like my site!)
The main reason i switched to Disgus was html5 incompatibility with a previous theme.
With Disqus you can moderate your comments and receive notification of new comments too. I admit the configuration on their website is difficult but can be mastered. I use it on all mine and clients sites.
They have my site on the first page of Google. Good for another link to my site, and with Goog burying a lot of my articles it's a good thing indeed.

Ok guys - I have installed JetPack from the WordPress plugin repository and reluctantly clicked on the option to 'connect to WordPress.com'...
And up pops a little message that says 'Your JetPack has a glitch. Something went wrong that's never supposed to happen. Guess you're just lucky'.
I assume this is intended to be amusing whereas I am afraid I just find it crass and juvenile. It also lives up to my expectations of the latest JetPack which has always been a piece of **** and seems to be continuing in that tradition.
Sorry if I am sounding jaded but in my experience to date JetPack stomps all over other plugins, breaks the rule book and ignores WP protocols (which I know sounds odd) and is just a big pain in the backside for other authors trying to support their offerings.
And now I seem unable to even install the damn thing.

Best bet is to first sign in to your WordPress.com account. Then in a new window run the connect jetpack prompt. Never had a problem doing it that way.

I have jetpack with stats on multiple sites with simple press... I am not seeing any issue with the two together...
is there a specific part of forum not working?
is this in a specific browser?

I'm running under cloudflare https and rocket-script on two blogs. Neither will allow any sp admin navigation unless I disable jp stats. Using Chrome and waterfox browsers. I'm thinking it might be the rocket-script minification somehow interfearing with it.

It might prove useful if you and @gorky5 could compare notes on any other common factors on your WP install - i.e., active plugins, theme components - to see if there are any other factors that may be influencing this.
I am also not sure if i asked but do you know is this is a new, recently updated JetPack that is causing the problems? And, of course, if either of you has asked the same question of the Jetpack team?
And as @mr-papa has Jetpack working in live sites, I will abandon my attempts to install it locally as we have the testing ground needed.
And I was feeling very tired and grumpy when I wrote the above post last night being critical of JetPack. In the light of a new, sunny morning, following a decent sleep then I can apologise for that. But I don't take a word back. Jetpack has always meant trouble and problems...
