Support Forum
Also, I have removed the login info you posted above. Although this is essentially a private support forum, it's still not a good idea to post login details with passwords openly.
Please PM these details to myself, Mr Papa and Yellow Swordfish (or see admin list in stats section) with a link to your forum, login details and a link to this thread, in case we don't resolve it, another admin can take a look later.
OK, the only other thing I noticed is a jquery conflict. Wasn't sure it was as promising as the fatal error (which I'm now not seeing by the way).
However, on further investigation I can see that it appears something is loading it's own jquery library from googleapis, which is not recommended due to it being quite different from the WP jquery library. This could potentially be coming from your WP theme, so the first thing to try would be one of the default WP themes such as twenty thirteen to see if that resolves things.
Might not fix things, but it's always best to eliminate the obvious problems before looking further!
Yes - as Ike says there are a lot of jQuery libs being loaded by theme or plugins that are non-WP standard. I see also that you are actually getting 2 copies of the forum displaying and I assume that never used to happen.
So I am going to have to ask the obvious question... have you also changed your WordPress theme?

however first login with a sample account I set up:
username: xxxx
Password: xxxx
Note that is just a demo account I will delete after we are done.
However I can add that after I upgrade this is what appeared through the same process as the original poster and I have already tried all the tricks you talked about in this topic.
It almost seems like the CSS is not loading somehow now...
