look at the subscription and watches directories in wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins... are they correctly subscriptions and watches? they dont have a number appended to them?
if okay, try one thing... in your sp theme spFunctions.php template file, find this:
define('SP_USE_PRETTY_CBOX', true);
and try changing it to false...
as always, we strongly suggest you have a child them or your own theme vice editing our theme..

Hi guys.
I started a similar thread a little while ago, then I went overseas and I forgot about it!
Now I see this one so I want to let you know. I had the same problem as a couple of other users here, the CSS weren't loaded. I changed theme, changed everything. Then a user here said something about a couple of plugins.
I deactivated them all and found out. The problem is Template Tags and Widgets 1.4.4.
I do not have a newer version. For my site, the problem is that one.
Pity, I love that plugin but I cannot use it at the moment.
I hope you guys will be able to find out what is going on, so I can use it again.
Stefano:
We do not believe there is a problem as such with any of the plugins. For people who have experienced problems here - and it is just a small handful - it seems to have been different plugins.
Sadly @evermorev has not come back to us yet regarding the last question we asked which was: 'look at the subscription and watches directories in wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins… are they correctly subscriptions and watches? they don't have a number appended to them?'.
Could you check the same thing but for the 'template-tags' folder?

It can't be empty! Although I assume that IS the location where you are storing the SP plugins?
Re-installing can actually cause the issue with the numeric on the end as this is a small WordPress bug and can be caused by trying to install multiple times. So this still needs checking.
Can you also tell me if any errors are being reported in your error log? The SP one in the toolbox is a good start - the errors are shaded pink. But if nothing there then you might have to take a look at the error log on your server,.

Odd. 'wp-content/forum-plugins' is not the default location. If you go to the forum admin > integration > storage locations is it set correctly there and shown to be readable and writable?
Can we also assume that you found the 'template-tags' folder and it all looks correctly named?
Perhaps also if you give me a link to your forum page I can at least look at the source and see if anything stands out...
