Sorry. i think Steve above was confused because the thread was more or less hijacked which always causes confusion - especially when we are now up to 72 posts! So please forgive me I don not go back and read the entire thread.

By all means send us some logon credentials. It would be most helpful if the user could be a Simple:Press Admin user so we can at least take a look at the admin side of the equation if that is OK. Please PM credentials to both myself, 'Ike'  and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.

We have many, many hundreds of users out there and Subscriptions is one of the most popular plugins and it does not have this effect. We use it here as well of course. We have still not found any reason why the Template Tags plugin produced a similar problem for one, single user but it could well be the same problem waiting to be uncovered.

To save me reading back, have we asked you if you could briefly switch your SP theme to the CSS-Only one to see if the problem still exists using that? This would be useful to know.

Also - have you performed any customisation of the theme you are currently using or is it as it was downloaded?
