Forum displaying strangely

I've recently upgraded all of my plugins and themes (theme is OptimizePress).

And now the forum is no longer displaying properly.

Please see:

I didn't change any settings or make any other changes.

I've tried deactivating all plugins but that didn't do the trick.

Please advise.
