Hello,

I would like to ask assistance where we can set the email sending for the forum in which we are using the Email Integration using SMTP SSL/TTLS configuration on our main wordpress website, we don't have email server installed in our dedicated server at all.

Hoping for assistance.

Simple:Press does not, as such, send out any emails at all. This is all handled by the WordPress email handler. All SP does is create the email content and pass it off to WP for sending. So - theory says that if your emails for WP and being sent then the forum ones should be as well.

The situation is, I am trying to send a Private Forum message to certain user, is it not sending notification to user via email that I sent something to him in forum?

Could you just check Forum > Private Messaging > Private Messaging Options pane, and make sure that sending of Emails is enabled?

If so, are you all set up in Forum > Options > Email Settings?

And.. as well as the above, check that your user has opted in to private message email notifications (their forum profile > options > global options).
