I uploaded a .png picture from Featured Image menu,then I edit one forum, set the "Featured Image for this forum" value to this picture.But I can't see the featured image in the forum.

BTW, in the "Custom forum icon" dropdown list, there's no uploaded feature image...and I checked the uploaded featured image url, it's something like http://sitename/wp-content/sp-resources//forum-feature-images//rcc.png

Can you tell me please where you were seeing the double slashes in the URL for featured images?

In the admin page of "Custom Icons" and "Featured Images", right click the uploaded image, copy the image url - you will see the double slashes. My browser is chrome.
