No, that account is still not an sp admin... you have to go to forum - admins - manage admins and add in all the sp admin capabilities... wp admins are not sp admins...

nice. shared hosting struggles in general when you start getting good traffic... just skipped the vps stage, eh?

so did you remove the caching too? and did it resolve polls?

my developer insists that all caching is OFF...

I did the VPS.... it couldn't even handle it. I'm paying the same amount to OVM and all of my load times are instantaneous.

I emailed my developer again about w3 total cache being on. Let's see what happens!

with w3tc, you may want to make sure the advanced-cache.php file was removed from wp-content...
