There is no longer any evidence of caching in the source code.  Let's finally troubleshoot this problem!

What issue? I thought you had said the pages are loading just fine now?

But yes - W3TC seems to have been vanquished.

Oh crap... i thought this was the thread relating to the forum poll......  which is still not working with no caching active whatsoever.
