it explains how you add combinations of usergroups and permission sets to a forum to control access...

to have different moderators on different forums, you  just need to assign a different moderator usergroup to each forum...

so first, create a new usergroup for the second set of moderators...  on forum - usergroups - add new usergroup... call it what ever you want...  check the is moderator checkbox...

you now have to moderator usergroups...

to add users to the new moderator group, just do so as normal usergroup membership additions on forum - usergroups - manage usergroups...

the edit the forum you want to add this moderator on forum - forums - manage groups and forums...  add a new permission... pick the new usergroup and the moderator permissions...  voila... your second set of moderators can now moderate that forum...

repeat for as many different moderators that you want... and for as many forums as you want...
