This should just display the page in which the forum is used, as 'Home' should take you to your WordPress home page. For example, create a WP page called 'Forum', and in the forum admin under Forum > Integration > Page and Permalink the very top option allows you to select which page the forum uses so select the page you just created 'Forum'.

Not sure why yours is blank though, I guess I've never tried to make a WP page with no title, maybe it is possible..

nothing plays there for me...  the video just fails...

if Ike's answer works for you, then fine.. If not, perhaps just explain the issue...
