Not much to go on... what does 'access' or 'get in' mean exactly? Can you elaborate?

What error message do they get exactly? If one of your users has contacted you to let you know did they include a word for word copy of the error? If not could you request one?

Where exactly is the error showing up? Is it that they don't have permission to access a specific forum or can they not see the forum page at all?

If they can get onto the forum but not view anything then please check their permissions. The quickest way to get an overview of what any one user's permissions are is to edit their profile from within your forum and checking the 'Permissions' tab. Then just click 'View' on a forum they apparently don't have access to and it will give you a run down of all their permissions with green ticks or red crosses.

If they can't see the forum page itself then that suggests to me more of a WordPress permission issue, possibly something to do with membership plugin or content restriction plugin maybe..

There is also one quick thing you cab try that might free things up. rarely, but sometimes, permissions can get scrambled in the cache. as I say, it would be unusual but you can see of it is the case here. forum admin > Toolbox > housekeeping - run the Reset Auths Cache task and quickly try that.  And if that isn't the issue then Ike's post above and permission checking is the next thing to do
