Hey guys, I was able to finally fix simple press to play nice with Rockettheme's gantry framework. Thanks to all the mods here, at rockettheme and mike from the thread. Now I'm having another problem, the forums only appear when I'm signed into my wordpress blog. If your not signed into the blog the forum displays a blank page, not a 404 page, but nothing there at all. Any ideas?

good news on Gantry integration... we actually have fair number of folks using that...
Are you using any kind of membership plugin that might be protecting pages?
Or have you mistakenly marked the wp page the forum appears on as private? or not published?

Its on a password protected page. When i go to that page, it doesn't ask for my password it just displays nothing. If I remove the password protection is displays the screen shot below, but it's weird because I have test topics. This is driving me absolutely insane. This Gantry framework works with nothing but rockettheme items. I'm ready to throw in the towel and go joomla with vanilla forums. Can someone help before I lose all my hair.

why is the page password protected?? seems odd since the forum gives you all the permission and access controls that you need...
that said, what version of SP are you running? There was a problem in 5.0.3 showing password protected page, but it was corrected in 5.0.4...

ahh it is on 5.0.3 which is weird since I installed it last week. I will update it in 20minutes and check it out. Is there an easy way to update or is it a new reinstall. Once it is updated, and i can access it will it still be like the screen shot i sent above. thank you so much for all your help to mr pappa

go to your wp dashboard and click on the updates link under dashboard in the far left wp admin nav menu... voila, simple upgrade process...

Got it upgraded and still no go when the page is locked, it wont ask for a password. Still the same when unprotected to, looks like the screen shot above. I'm out of ideas

so, no membership plugin? any other plugins that do things for admins but not others?
