Forum only displays when logged in

Ok I edited out the opacity line complely and was finally able to get it to display fine in firefox, but internet explorer it is still blank. I've reset ie, deleted history, flushed the dns, and reset the tcp/ip stack and it still displays blank. Any ideas on this ?

It shows up fine for me in IE... unless I am missing something - only glanced at the this topic since my last...
