I believe it's the local problem only happen to my Wordpress site (since I've lack of knowledge)
The host I'm using is quite reliable here in Thailand (AppServHosting, the same provider of AppServNetwork)
I really have no idea what I should do now.
Everytime I update Forum, and post the update in my Facebook Fan Page, the website crash after the visitor try to see the link. I use Simple Press Forum & App Serv host since 2009 and this problem never occur before.
I talked to Host provider and he said the forum plugin cause very "high load" to the server when the traffic come in.
Please suggest what I should try next. many thanks

to see how it "corrupted", It happen when the big traffic come in i.e. > 30 persons at the same time. The sites will error and not able to use any function. I can try draw traffic in to let you analyze the symptom. Please let me know what time suit for you
