I am doing some work on my forum today and I am noticing that randomly I will login and click on a topic and it will log me out and send me to my site's homepage. If I am able to make it into a topic and I click on the forums toolset it will log me out.
I have tried it with multiple accounts and it seems to only be happening with one of them.
I have tried using Firefox and Safari.
Is there some way to trouble shoot what the problem is?

the forum does not log in or log out anyone... that is a wp function... we do provide buttons (and or forms) to initiate the wp login/logout process, but its just a call there...
any caching?
any blocking of cookies? wp uses cookies for logins so you must allow them in your browser... do all of your urls match your wp cookie domain? ie consistent usage of www or not...
