Hey Guys,
I have 7 forum ranks setup with different names but the posts for each rank are: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 1000
But I have members who have less than 250 posts with the 250 rank title... I also have a member with 994 posts and isn't even in the 250 post rank... he's back in the 25 post rank.
I've ran the user post cleanup to try and fix it but it hasn't worked... any ideas?

Check the settings and make sure you are reading the settings right... Some folks have misaligned the requirements... Screenshot would help us tell...
Also are you granting memberships on rank attainment?

so they will be new member until they get 1 post... and novice member until 5 posts... etc... is that what you want?
also since the top end is 250 posts after that, they wont get any rank... as detailed in the popup help on that admin panel, the last rank should have a very high number that wont be exceeded (say 999999999) so they never 'out grow' that rank...
