Forum shows up three times on the same page

The same forum box shows up three times on my forum page - twice by itself then once with margins/problem-with-post-edit-buttoneader/sidebars like usual on my site. How do I make the top two go away?
The attached screen shot shows the bottom of the second one and the top of the third (with my site header, etc.)

usually when theme or plugin displays the_content filter multiple times... go to forum - integration - page and permalink... play with the display options on that panel... namely display multiple and display in loop...
