Forum shows up twice on page

I just installed simple press and on the forum page, the forum shows up twice.  Once at the top or the page and once at the bottom of the page embedded in my site's theme.  How can I get rid of the plain version at the top and only display the version that is embedded into my theme?

see forum - integration - page and permalink... the theme display options section...

tweak the allow multiple display and limit forum display options and see if you can resolve it...
