Support Forum

I'm having a pretty major problem on one site. In the WP Integration tab, I cannot get the forum slug to save for the forum page I've created. The result is that the page /forum itself will appear, but once any link is clicked I get a 404 error.

I've tried de-activating, re-uploading. I even went into the DB. What I saw is the that sfslug option is saved as 'orum'... without the 'f'. I checked the WP page and it is indeed 'forum'. I changed it manually in the DB and it seemed to save in the admin for a second. 

But, as soon as I load the forum page, it gets reset to 'orum'. I've tried several other methods of trying to fix this, but nothing seems to work. When I inspect the sfvars on the forum page, the forum slug element is empty.

At a loss at this point. Any ideas what this might be. We're starting to get a bunch of tickets about this.
