OK - this query will return a list of all those members who registered within the last 10 days and have not yet made a forum post. Note that this uses the table prefix wp_ so if you have used a different prefix you will need to change this throughout the query.

SELECT ID AS user_id, user_registered, user_login, wp_sfmembers.display_name
FROM wp_users
JOIN wp_sfmembers ON wp_users.ID = wp_sfmembers.user_id
WHERE user_registered > DATE_SUB(CURDATE(), INTERVAL 10 DAY) 
AND posts < 1;
