My customer messaged me today letting me know their forum wasn't working. Did the required update and still nothing. Page is just blank and forum will not display at all. Any help on this? http://www.yotamafia.com/forum is the link

I found this in an error log. Any ideas?

So the forum will work on the older generic Wordpress themes that come stock but not with the one I purchased/built anymore. Nothing changed...it just stopped working. Maybe with a simple:press update?

'older generic Wordpress themes'? Not sure what you mean by 'older'...
Things don't stop working without change. So - were there any changes? Were there any updates? Not just Simple:Press but WP or another WP plugin perhaps? Something added?
Also - most usually if you get a blank screen it means a fatal error has been hit. As a developer I assume you know this but it would be best to look at the php error log as any fatal error will generate an entry. Warnings and Notices will not stop execution but a Fatal Error will of course.
I would also add that when I try the link you posted above I don't get anything loaded as the home url appears to have an error of some sort.

Generic wordpress themes meaning that ones that already come installed when you download wordpress. The basic bare bones themes.
