Hello how would i stretch the forum table or forum border accross the 2 inch gap on left of wp page that has the widgets on the oposite side.

Simple:Press uses the space provided by the WordPress theme page template being used. If you need to change that then the first thing to do is check out what other page templates your WP theme has to offer. Hopefully there will be one to stretch the page content area where you want it to be.
By default - and if you have not changed it - the WP page will be named 'Forum' so you will need to edit that to show what page templates are available.
