Forum Timezone - How Do I Change It?

I see that you can change your timezone independently on the forum per users. However, I have my timezone set to Los Angeles. I just made a post and it says 7 hours ago. Shouldn't it say "one minute ago?"

 

Any help would be appreciated. Is this maybe a Global Setting I am missing?

I see my forum timezone is set to UTC-7

in the wp settings, have you selected a real timezone?? not a utc-xxx non standard timezone?

and in your sp profile, did you select your specific timezone?

I think I am sorted out now. It appears the Forum Time zone was being controlled in the WP settings panel. I selected the appropriate timezone. Thank you,
