Hi,
I updated to latest version of SP. Updated the database and theme too.
Since I've done the upgrades the forum toolbar stops working.
It does pop out, you can see all the forum tools...but when you hover over an item, i.e. "notify user", nothing happens. There is no mouse hand, no clicking to be had.
Any ideas?

You possibly have a JavaScript conflict - your wp theme or another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

Thanks. But SP toolbar worked before the upgrade. I'm using the same theme(no updates)...no new plugins.
The only changes have been an update to WP3.6 and the SP updates.

wp changed all the jquery and jquery ui in the 3.6 version... your theme may not be up to date...
please clear your browser cache too since all the js changed in wp...
