I have no idea what that message is in reference to. This site is on a new server with a fresh WP install that is less than 4 weeks in development. I only got around to customizing the FORUM only today. So the last thing I anticipated was to have issues.
There are not that many plugins that define their own rewrite rules (permalinks). Updating the WP permalinks will almost always need an update to the forum ones as well even though they should get picked up by the main refresh.
So I would guess that the missing iFrame and error I was seeing is the host trying to put up some sort of 404 message while at the same time denying access probably due to the old url.
Must admit I am a little surprised by the permalinks issue as this was a new install so it should have picked it up form the WP base url as set in Settings > General.
