Just had to add one more thing. I had received the below errors while performing the upgrade. But it did not seem to have affected the completion of updates. Do you know anything about these errors.

is everything updated to latest?

not sure what there error there is – its says that wp could not connect wordpress.org… nothing with us…

is report post still active?  try going to forum – integration – page and permalink and updating the permalink to see if that gets it going…

Yes, correct the wp error was due to wordpress auto update issue. I have resolved that issue my manually replacing the affected file from the wordpress repository.

And thanks heaps – your suggestion to update the permalinks resolved the issue.

All good now.

good news… so guessing the error happened sometime during upgrade with the wp permalink unstable…  I just had you rebuild it…
