Support Forum
Hi everyone.
I tried to access our forum today but ran into some issues. The forum homepage is visible and shows the existing posts but when I try to link to a category I get "Not Found".
To troubleshoot, I deactivated all plugins then saved my permalinks - same results
I reactivated all plugins and saved permalinks again - no change
We are NOT using any cache plugins so that's not the issue.
What do I do next?
Thanks in advance for you help.
Dave
I almost feel guilty asking but this has to be the first question in these sort of circumstances... what has changed?
When something works and then suddenly stops working there has to be something that happened. So let's start there. This means anything... an update to WP theme, a new WP plugin activated etc....?

Thanks for the fast reply.
The site isn't fully live yet, so we have been working on quite a few different things. We probably haven't worked in the forum in about a month (it was working at that point) so I can't say exactly when it stopped working.
We have been doing updates for WP and all plugins as they come in. It's a membership site, and for the last week or so we have been focused on tweaking that functionality.

Well SP uses - as you seem to have gathered - the standard WP rewrite rules. If something nudges those then all hell can break loose of course, Usual procedure is to (1) go to the WP permalinks admin page and update the site permalinks and then (2) visit the forum admin WP Integration > Page and Permalink panel and update the forum permalinks,.
