After migrating to the cloud servers I had to uninstall simple press for a bit. As I re-uploaded it and went to install it the following is all I see (listed in order). It only gives me an uninstall option after I activate the plugin. As you see, in the forum menu there is also no install option. Any idea what might be causing this?

pic 2 says its ready to uninstall... if you deactivate the plugin, it will uninstall... then when you activate it again, it will do a fresh install... but uninstalling will remove all data, so be sure you really want too...

No matter how many times I deactivate and reactivate it it stays the same...That's the problem I am having. When I reactivate I am still where it wants me to uninstall it.

do you really want to uninstall? if so, try going into your db manually, and deleting all your tables that start with sf**** after the wp prefix...
like wp_sfforums, wp_sfposts.... etc... your tables may start with other than wp_
something is blocking the process it appears... other misbehaving plugins can do this (like wp super cache)... hopefully it wont affect the install... if it does, will need a closer look...
