I do not understand. How do sub-forums move because you created a new main forum? Is this using the order forums panel from within the main manage groups and forums admin panel? Which you relay ought to use to try and cut down on the volume of information being created and passed.

That is almost certainly because the data is corrupted which was the very reason for creating the ordering tool in the first place.

I ask you again - have you tried using the ordering form within the manage panel so that you work on a single group at a time? It does mean far less data being transported with less likelihood of time-outs or post variable violations.
