I just noticed that the default permission set for Full Access does not include any of the upload options.

Full Access Description:

"Permission with Standard Access features plus image uploading and spam control bypass."

yeah?  change away... 

that description can and probably should be changed - except not sure its worth it for existing installs since it would require an upgrade...  its left over from previous versions of simple press... now that the upload stuff is in a plugin, it simply cannot apply...
