not sure what the issue is from that image..

but wp changed the jquery ui again... so if custom theme, few changes to make... see: https://simple-press.com/docum.....tes-5-5-3/

and we had to swap out the tooltip js so likely related...

I am also not sure why this is happening. seems like an java-script error?

See the 5.5.3 release blog post. Follow the link to the theme and template change document on the codex. The change was sadly unavoidable.
