well as I said, I ddint want the submit form, but need the actual action url...  so you would have to inspect the button and pull the action url from the form manually...

forum - options - global settings is where you can enable or disabled the combined caches...

I'm confused about the info in bold but have PM'd you and the other two admins about this.

When I disabled combined JS cache, that fixed the issue.

Okay, now I changed WP themes and that fixed my image upload issue. But now, this post Edit issue still exists regardless of whether or not JS caching is enabled. Thoughts?

Hey Patrick,

I just edited the last post from your test topic with no problems.

I'm not sure what Steves note to you said though, so not sure if there's more to this.

Can you please try this again in a new browser? My users, including myself are still having issues with the post Edit button. Once clicked, it reloads the page with the statement, "The Requested Topic Does Not Exist."

I need help. This issue is constant in my one member's only private thread that is only viewable to group members. Can someone here please help me fix this?

I don't think this is a browser issue. I thought I might ask though since you guys stated you could edit posts whereas I could not. Thought maybe it was a browser caching thing. I don't think it is.

I'm able to use the Edit button successfully on forums outside of the private forum. For some strange reason, it doesn't work properly in the private forum.

I've provided forum login credentials to the three admins here.

If you can please try this, I'd appreciate it:

  • Log into my forum
  • Click on "Private Forum > Private Threads > Frank Thomas Collectors Thread"
  • See if you can edit one of my post in there. You will see them frequently on the first page of that thread.
