After a crazy morning where I woke up expecting to see our forums successfully migrated and running on SimplePress only to find nothing was there only to later find out we were done and ready to go live....we are live and doing great so far.

The membership isn't loving our stock theme but we're working on it.  The plugins are all working great, the functionality of the site is working great, and our developer is getting himself acclimated and working on bringing the site up to where we want it to be.

So far, so good.  Thanks SimplePress peeps, we're free of vBulletin and it's going great so far.
