For some reason the google + info entered in one's profile is being double posted in the URL
Eg if you click on someone's G+ profile icon in their post you'll get:
http://plus.google.com/IDNUMBERHERE/IDNUMBERHERE
Also.. the image button issue with the tinymce button is back (there's a divider missing between two buttons merging the name so neither display)

not sure what you mean... works fine in testing... what do you have entered in to the profile? should just be your singular ID number... ie 116117817789973818391 if you were me...
then it will build the url properly... like:

hmm... so it's google plus that's stupid then... why do they have the number in there twice?
Problem with me is, I don't want to link to a googleplus account, I want to link to a g+ community instead so what I get is
https://plus.google.com/u/communities/100721447973738626958/communities/100721447973738626958
which... obviously isn't going to work so the bottom line is I can't use that button for linking to a google community.. darn

well, its a user identity so it was designed to go to the user specific profile...
but you can grab the identities plugin and craft your own icon and link...
