Is it possible to have a public "group name" that does not publicly list the "forum names" that are in that group?

I'd like to have a "group name" that says "gold level members private forum" that the public can see, but only "gold level" members can see the "forum names" that are part of the "group name" and participate in them.

I'd like to do this as an incentive for people to post more and become "gold level" members. If they can't see that the "Gold Level" is there (by me making it private), they won't see it.
