I had the forum set as a parent page so it would appear in the side navigation.

I disable parent page for the forum and now it works.

But I really wanted it in the sidebar with the other tabs for my training.

Is there any work around for this?!?

not sure what you are asking...  the wp page the forum is on can be a parent and and level of sub page... it does not have to be a parent page...

when you change the page or its slug or its parent, you have to make sure you have the right page selected on forum - integration - page and permalink...  and also update the forum permalinks on same panel...

Well I know it doesn't have to be a parent page, I just wanted to be a parent page of one of my main menu tabs so it shows up only in the side bar.

I never thought of changing the permalink structor, I will try that and let you know the out come.

Cheers!
