Hello, it seemed to have worked but when i went to upgrade the database i got this:

here is my forum! It won't load and all these errors appear all over my website so I am deactivating simple press. Can someone please help??? I will giv eyou login info! please fix

upgrade the rest of your sp plugins... on the wp update panel in the admin...

I cant access the SP updates because SP keeps telling me to Upgrade the database.. but i cant upgrade the database because i get all of those errors

not sure what you mean by access sp updates... they are in the wp update panel... under wp - dashboard... same place you would upgrade wp or sp plugin...
and those are not errors, but warnings... they shouldnt stop execution... update the plugins and they should go away...
