Help, I'm getting an error that I need help with.

When trying to edit the member's profile, the page shows the following error:
Profile form could not be found [plugins/simple-press/forum/profile/forms/sp-form-overview.php]
How do we correct it so that the members can edit the profile, also unable to change avatars.

I have not see it quite like that before...!
Can you try going to the forum admin > toolbox > housekeeping and clicking on the reset profile tabs and menus option to see if that resolves it?
